Do not get your car repaired here. Seems very shady and dishonest, here's our story with them.



We were recommended here by our mechanic. Our air conditioning leaked. 700 dollars later they told us the problem was fixed and even told us we should have no problems for at least a year and they were sure it was fixed. Not even 3 months later all of the fluid from our air conditioner had leaked out. They proceeded to tell us there was no possible way that this was leaking less than 3 months before and even though they told us no problems for a year, we were then faced with another 700 dollar repair to fix this leak.



They were unkind and seemed very dishonest. It seems wierd to guarantee your work and then after less than three months be unwilling to even work with us when the car has the same problem it had before.



The cost of the repair was mostly labor. We even offered to pay for any parts they might have to use, but wondered if we could strike up some kind of deal for the labor, but they were unwilling to budge.



Upon finishing this conversation I called our mechanic who referred us and they said in the past few months ownership has changed and they have gotten numerous complaints, not just ours, so they will no longer refer clients over there.

Very poor customer service. Scheduled appointment and left car. Stopped by later that day and found shop closed, car outside unlocked. Stopped by next day and to check status and was told other customer cars had come in and were being repair. Found keys to my car left on front counter. Left with car never to return.
