This adjuster proved hard working and competent!

If you are reading this, good luck in your time of trouble, and may everything work out for you. I put together a few bits of advice i learned from experience: when using any adjuster remember commissions range between 15% and 30%. dont believe that higher commissions cant be lowered for your contract and are carved in stone. Higher commissions are normal in more complex cases! It sounds like a no brainer but everything done by providers/contractors comes out of your settlement, except for emergency services, and hotel bills. Let the pros do what you can't, but do it yourself if possible for a better settlement. Verify that your contractor was actually paid. Get all you can in writing. Beware overly simplified reciepts, insist on line item detail and check the addition. All this can mean thousands of dollars difference! If there is a problem you can submit your complaints to www.insurance.state.pa.us which is the insurance commissioner in pennsylvania, and of course the better business bureau.

Ron Spay is a very hardworking guy and also his workers. They did everything and anything to ensure that I was 100% happy with everything. They settled my claim quickly and got more money than expected. If you have a claim do yourself a favor and go with tri state public adjusters they will not disappoint!

Everything went efficiently and quick! Ron spay is 100% reliable he put me in a very nice hotel for 2 weeks after a fire happened at my house. He was so kind and very professional.

Ron Spay is a shady business man. He makes many promises and do nothing -- worse not return calls, leave you hanging for months. He wants reap the benefit, steal money out of your pocket and do absolutely nothing to earn it. Never use this company. My claim is an absolute mess and its been 6 months since the fire. Ron's only answer for his lack of professionalism is that he is not perfect? He tried? Reputable is not a word in his vocabulary!! Shady beyond belief.

Very Shady! Watch what percentage you sighn on with. It SHOULD NOT BE ABOVE 15%. I have bin dealing with Ron for over three months and still have not received payment.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Don't end up like me!

Just had Ron Spay from Tri State settle our Fire claim.

Great guy and maxed out our settlement. Put us in a rental for 6 months and we have plenty of money to make all the repairs. Other adjusters tried bad mouthing Ron but they we find out they are the ones that try to eat up all of the claim money. Ron if Tri State is the best.

i recently had a pipe brake in my upstairs bathroom area that came down thru the dining room and basement. i believe it was a stack pipe the plumber called it. i went on line to find a local public adjuster to handle my claim. i chose tri state public adjusting at 2516 s broad st in phila. a represenitive came out to my house tolook over my damages. then about1 week later the public adjuster and owner ron spay met with my insurance company and got me paid for all my house damages. flooring carpet walls and ceiling and paint. ron was extremely helpful. he was very thorough in his work. he made me feel very comfortable about my situatioin and got me paid for all my problems. i would recomend tri state public adjusters and mr. ron to any one with house damages

Great. My grandmother had a fire and we had no place to turn. Tri state public adjusters proved compident and provided superior coustomer service. My grandmother got more money then she expected. If you have a claim do yourself a favor and hire tri state public adjusters.
