The doctor is good but trying to get an appointment or ask a simple question is impossible! When you call the voice mail picks up and you can never get a person. You must leave your name and number and they call you back at their convenience, whenever that may be. We all have jobs too and it is not always convenient for us when you call back. I just wanted to know when they were open on Fridays and about flu shots.There should be a receptionist to answer calls!
