      At Comprehensive Pain Management of Central Connecticut, our goal is to provide you with the most state-of-the-art care for your pain. We specialize in caring for patients with pain related to the spine with a focus on back and neck pain. In addition, we have expertise in treating all other chronic pain conditions, including, but not limited to: cancer pain, headache pain, complex regional pain syndrome (formerly called RSD), muscle pain and spasm, shingles (post-herpetic neuralgia), nerve pain, work injury pain, sports injury pain and motor vehicle accident related pain.

      Dr. Grahling performs all of his interventional procedures under fluoroscopy. This allows him to identify the specific pain region rather than "blindly" performing a procedure in a general area of pain. This is to optimize patient safety and outcomes. Fluoroscopic guidance is the standard of care for interventional spine procedures. Comprehensive Pain Management is accredited by The Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC). We are proud to announce that we are the only accredited office based pain management practice in the state of Connecticut. This accomplishment exhibits our dedication to patient safety, quality assurance and ongoing practice improvement. Dr. Grahling, the owner and founder of Comprehensive Pain Management, is the only Board Certified, fellowship (ACGME) trained pain physician in Bristol, Southington and Plainville.
