Not sure why the other people who wrote reviews had so many problems, the girls in the office are wonderful and super helpful! The only people who leave reviews are angry people who were probably trying to get out of paying something, so don't listen to them. If you have the chance, you should rent from them. I never had any problems. If you do what you're supposed to, you won't have a problem either :)

The manager of Witherite property management is a crook. His leases are questionable, he overcharges for his properties and does not maintain them. The two women who work in his office are dumb as door nails and *will* mess up your rent checks. Don't support this corrupt, greedy and unprofessional business.

These people are terrible. They don't fix anything correctly or in a timely manner. They are rude and disrespectful and can't keep their facts straight. The owner showed up on my doorstep screaming that I didn't pay my rent when in fact I did but he missed it do to an accounting error on his part! And did he even apologize? NO. They have also ripped out my solar lights, broken my dogs tie out cord and stepped on the flowers in my garden. I have also asked for a copy of our lease 4 times and still haven't received one. I used to like living here but they have made it a nightmare.
