All of my granddaddy's caregivers are doing an excellent job! They communicate very well with my Mom and I. We live hours away and Eddie keeps us up-to-date with the activities that they are doing with my granddad. They go above and beyond their duty. Please let them know what a great job they are doing helping my granddaddy stay at home! We appreciate everything from each one.

My 90-year old mother was suddenly stricken with terminal lung cancer in February 2014. The medical staff at Tulsa Cancer Hospital told us that the only choice for my Mom was hospice care at home which is where my Mom wished to die. They recommended several home care agencies, of which Visiting Angels impressed us most with her sincere concern for my Mom's and family's well-being and her knowledge of hospice care requirements. During the next four months until my Mom died in July 2014, Eddie supplied excellent caregivers who provided good and compassionate care in shifts, 24 hours a day. There was only one instance in which we felt the need for a replacement caregiver, and Eddie was prompt in finding one. Each of the caregivers was kind and attentive to my Mom's needs and helped alleviate much of the stress and worry on the part of the family members. Eddie or the on-call people were always available by phone to answer questions we might have. Visiting Angels' service is priced fair per hour for the attention to quality staff they offer, but beware that all day care will be very expensive when you total the monthly bill. This experience taught us the importance of having long-term insurance or plenty of personal savings to pay for a very long period of home care. But you do get what you pay for. At my Mom's funeral I was happy that each of the Visiting Angels who had so loyally attended to my Mom were present to hear the appreciation from myself and our family members for their caring service to my Mom these last months. I hope that this happy review will state the superb work and our family's true appreciation. I give Visiting Angels my highest blessing should you or your loved ones ever need the personal services they provide.

This letter is intended to acknowledge the outstanding job, which your Angels Nancy and Sandy provided for my brother Steve. At a time when we needed extra hands, Eddie quickly provided us with us two unbelievable Angels to help with my brother. Nancy was amazing and continually made suggestions and together we were able to provide my brother with the help he needed. She and Sandy were professional, caring, compassionate, accommodating and most of all a delight to work with... I cannot say enough about how wonderful they were to us. My brother was not an easy person to help. He was plagued with not only paralysis but also a declining memory that caused him to be irritable and short with everyone around him. Nancy and Sandy found a way to befriend him and not take his anger personally. The care they gave him was indescribable. They made him laugh, they took him to his appointments, and they helped him in many ways that we no longer could. The most important thing was they made him feel he was not alone and that someone cared about him. The services, caring, and love they provided Steve with will never be forgotten. You are very fortunate to have these three individuals. To them we were not just a job. They provided companionship, love, and care for their Steve and my entire family. We want to thank them from the bottom of our hearts. My brother passed away cared for and loved not only by his family and friends but by your employees. What a lucky man he was.
