I don't recommend this center, I was there fr a year with issues here and there. After they had a turn over in staff I quickly begin seeing abusive behavior by the staff. When I questioned the director I found out they had been restraining my 2 year old who didn't want to take a nap and they would hold her against her will until she would cry her self to sleep. I have reported them to The Dept of Human Services and Child protective Services

I do NOT recommend this facility to anyone. I have had 4 children in the center and I've never had a problem until now. This center has a very high turn over rate everytime you go in there is a new face. The director and assistant are never there or even accessible to you when you need them. I have seen not only my own child come home filthy but i have seen other children who are filthy granted they are children but on several occasions I have asked that they please place a smock on my child that I provided and they never have and they seemed to have miss placed it. There is no communication between staff members or even parent to staff for the exception of maybe 2. I am very un happy with the way my experience has gone the past 2 years unfortunately I must leave my child there due to personal issues and they know that most of the parents have no other choice so they feel they can do what ever they feel. So I DO NOT recommend this center.Sincerely,An Upset and Distressed parent
