Provided by YP.comSTAY AWAY....was told the car i bought had the timing belt replaced....3000 miles later rebuilding the engine because timing belt failed, Actually they did replace the belt, but none of the other parts you would expect to be replaced. Their response,,,not their fault..
Worst experience I have ever had....and just no conscious...They saved a couple hundred dollars and cost me almost $4k
WOW, not sure how they could be a worse place to do business. Bought a car that they had replaced the timing belt....big selling point,,,,,turns out only the belt war replaced, none of the other parts that should be part of a quality repair. Result, 3000 miles later reuilding engine because those parts failed and timing belt broke. Or course, not fault of the dealer and they dont remember all their selling about the belt replacement being a valuable part of the car. Not sure they even know the meaning of business ethics.

Provided by YP.comWe traded in our 1990 Volvo sedan (rear wheel drive) with 204,000 miles on it, for a 1999 Mercedes Benz ML320 with almost 90,000 miles on it (All wheel Drive) in between the two big snow storms of February 2010 here in this area. My wife spotted the Mercedes on the Purcellville Motors Web site and we made an appointment to see the car in Purcelleville on Friday, 3 February. Main reason for the purchase was to find something that would get us around town in snow better than our Volvo. Our timing could not have been better . We placed a deposit on the car after we saw it and then the snow started. The salesman, Bob Derby, said that we could take the car with us and then bring in the remaining balance the following week. However, we did not have a place to garage the car since we already had two cars, the 1990 Volvo and another car. We told him that we intended to sell the 1990 Volvo. When he heard this he offered to take a look at the Volvo and make an offer on a trade-in. So we went back to our home and then returned on Tuesday, 11 February , just after the first snow storm hit and the second one started. We got a good deal on the trade-in and were able to transfer our vanity plates from the Volvo to the Mercedes. All this took about an hour and we drove off with the ML 320 just as the snow flakes began to fall in earnest. The folks at Purcellville Motors, especially Bob Derby, were super! No pressure and very business-like. I highly recommend Purcellville Motors to anyone.
