I can't thank Quality Air enough - you guys are my hero!! Recently during the Memorial day heat wave my air conditioning stopped working. My mother lives with me and is 93 years old and is on oxygen, so she has trouble breathing. I called Quality Air, and it seems quality is not only in their name, it's about how they work! I called them and was promplty connected to a lovely woman named Brandy, she was very concerned about my situation and promised they would take care of me and they did! That same day Marc came to my home, and I bought a new system. Not only that, but he brought with him a portable AC unit to make sure my mother would be ok until the install, a few days later we have a brand new system and it is working great! It is so much nicer and quieter than the old one and I could not be more grateful for the "quality" customer service I received. Your kindness will not be forgotton - I will tell all my friends -Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!
