The hospital scammed me and others. I purchased a spay certificate for my dog and I had THREE conversations with the staff to get an accurate price because these things are expensive. I was told 3 TIMES (before I made appointment, when I made appointment for my 85lb rottweiler, and during my confirmation for my appt) that the certificate covered the whole cost of the spay. So i brought my dog in that morning and got a call 30 mins later saying there was an extra $60 fee for dogs over 50lbs. WHAT?!? I said I talked to the girl 3 times and she told me it was ALL covered except shots. She talked to the doctor and he refused to honor what I was told and said pay it or pick up the dog. So now I'm at work and my dog is in a cage all day for no reason and I'm forced to pay the money or leave her there and start over because they thought my 85LB DOG was a cat. A CAT! Even after we had 3 conversations! Perfect heist. Staff doesn't have a clue, doctor doesn't care, save yourself, don't go here!!
