I am shocked to read these negative reviews. I am hooked on this place. I have eat in experience, take out experience and delivery experience. Each time, the customer service was first rate, the delivery drivers were on time and the food is always fresh and delicious. This is by far, my favorite sandwich place outranking the others by a long shot. The previous reviewers must have been in a different business; This is a very professionally run business and I have found them to be highly efficient.

Horribly pathetic! Worst restaurant experience I have had in a very long time. Took forever and they were not even busy. Employees were constantly arguing with each other. No straws or napkins were out. I ordered to go and was given a wrapped sandwich, no bag, no napkins, nothing. I had to ask for a straw and napkins. I left and came back to work to find out I had been given the completely wrong sandwich. I called and got some lame excuses that I was too far away for delivery and that the guy making the sandwiches was out of it and had to be sent home. The best they could do they said was a free sub next time I come in. There will definitely not be a next time.

Waited over an hour for delivery and poor phone customer service.

Both people on the phone didn't even know how to get to my school that's literally .75 miles away. Then the second lady on the phone couldn't even enter a crsit card number because she didn't know how to work the computer. Awesome day.

Horrible customer service. Called several days before opening to find out opening date, was told the day before they actually opened. Placed delivery order over the phone, confirmed my address, was called back 10 minutes later (after food had been promised in 15 minutes) and was told that I was too far out of delivery range (papa johns is about a half mile away from J.J.'s and they deliver?). Attempted to place a pick-up order later on, placed the order, and got a call back a few minutes later saying I was out of delivery range??? Then when reviewing my order, they messed up the entire thing. No apology for either mistake. Workers and Manager were both short with me over the phone and made it come across as this was all my fault and this was out of their hands.
