This company does not offer written statements as to what the patient/customer owes. The most my mother ever received from this company was one letter stating how much she owed after her insurance had paid. After that she only received phone calls stating how much she still owed. My mother is 82 years old and was disabled at the time she got her power chair from this company. She had to dig up all of her old bank statements because this company never sent her a statement to show how much she had paid nor how much she still owed for her portion of the power chair. She received a phone call from the company telling her she still owed money but after meticulously going over all of her verifiable payments with the woman in their bookkeeping department they finally acknowledged she had paid in full but only after causing my mother much stress and anxiety for absolutely no reason other than their own very poor business practices.
