Del Taco was formed in 1964 and is now the 2nd largest quick serve Mexican restaurant chain in the US. Our cheese is grated fresh off the block, not poured from a bag. We slow cook our beans for four hours and mash them by hand. We grill our marinated chicken throughout the day so it's always hot, moist and tender. Using only the freshest ingredients, each morning we dice the tomatoes and hand cut the cilantro for our salsa. It's all about quality. Come taste the Del Taco difference!
