I went there to exchange a defective chair 2 mins. before 6pm on Saturday. I had no idea that they closed that early on the weekends, so we drove there. The chair took up most of the van's space, so we couldn't really bring our other friends who wanted to go to buy a laptop.



But, when we arrived, the manager closed the door before us and said, "It's closed". When we returned to the car, we saw another customer that went to them, and the manager attended them. He serviced her, even though we arrived before her. We have a feeling, just a hunch that they might be racially discriminative towards asians, because the old lady was caucasian, and arrived AFTER us, and the manager still refunded her and answered all her questions. We have purchased 2 laptops, a chair, and other various things, and we end up being treated like this.

When we asked the manager while he was servicing the other lady, why he is attending her and not us, he replied again, "It's closed". After that, he just ignored us while we waited for him to answer us, then he just closed the doors on us when he finished talking to the lady.



Also, at previous shopping experiences, the woman at the cashier was rude. She did not care at all about customer service, and when we wanted to trade the chair with the one we have now, she snarled at us.



Again, rude people. I did not know that the economy can affect people to make them have rude attitudes.

I went in to buy a desk that was advertised...It ended up not being in stock. The manager ordered it for me and had it shipped to my home at no additional cost.
