Horrible place of business. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Customer service is terrible along with cheap items which are extremely overpriced. Doesn't deserve a star. I would recommend anywhere else in the city compared to Aleens Flowers & Gifts

I had a tropical pool party and ordered all my tropicals from Allen's . They were over the top. They were very large and I got antheriums, ginger and hanging halicona along with all the tropical leaves. They even did some floating arrangements for the pool. My party was a success , thanks to the employess and Mrs. Allen's expertise. Thank you for a great party Mrs. Allen and I am going to do it all over again next summer.

My mother had traded with Allen's for 50 years. When she passed away, I went to Allen's and they had all her favorite flowers and superior service. Mrs. Allen made everything so easy and was so helpful and thoughtful. They have always been the ultimate florist in San Antonio for over 60 years, family owned and operated. They are the quintessential San Antonio Florist. They know San Antonio inside out. Not only do they do beautiful work but they are super helpful and caring. They helped me get exactly what I wanted, where I needed it to be, when I needed it to be there ( with short notice). I will never buy from anyone else.

I ordered a birthday arrg. It was fabulous. The most gorgeous flowers, unusual design and unusual flowers such as tropicals and big hydrageas from new zealand. our whole office just lost their minds.

this store is fabulous. they have every type of flowers and container and everything is gorgeous. they have real or artifical flowers and plants and carry a great assortment of chocolate truffles and wines to go with special pieces. i also ordered a fruit basket at christmas and was very happy. When i use allens i get great thank you letters too.
