I went into this store only because it's closest to my home. I had something shipped and was treated with no respect what-so-ever. One woman employee, manager, or owner was simply rude. Her attempt at justifying additional fees to be tacked on to my bill was a type written statement posted on the opposite side of the store. The lady who was helping me was not going to charge any additional fees, because it was obviously unneccessary and more trouble to ring up the additional fee than it was worth. I tried sending an e-mail to the management at this location through the UPS web site, but my e-mail was never acknowledged - I never got a response. I argued that the lady that was helping me did not mention the additional fee, but the arrogant, obnoxious woman also working that day just ignored my argument and held her hand out waiting for the additional fee that I was never notified of. I thanked the woman who tried to do the right thing, and told the other rude woman that I would go out of my way and drive to the next UPS store from now on. I suggest you do the same. Watch out for the extra fees this store will saddle you with.
