Good service. Friendly workers

Used to be a weekly client. Have left for about 3 yrs. I went back 3 weeks ago to start donating again. Was told that my record file was at their main office and they have a person that goes once a week to get the files of returning donors. As of today, 3 weeks later, they still have not got my file back at I the donation center. Obviously they are not in need of plasma donations. Or they don't go once a week to the main office to retrieve records of donors who wish to return. Its a shame cause thats what you are doing donating to save lifes. Maybe they need to review their policies . Not sure now if I am going to donate since what was suppose to be a week has turned into 3 weeks and still not there. So who knows how long it is going to be to get old donors files back to the donation center. So as of now they will not be getting a rating from me. I am a person who when I am told that things get done at a certain time, I expect it to be as they say.
