Modern,efficient,pleasant, for a wonderful office in a rural county town it's excellent.

Not a participating provider with my insurance. Had to pay upfront for services, then wait 6 weeks, calling several times to have them submit my claim so I could be reimbursed. Still have no proof that it was submitted, always a different excuse as to why it was not submitted. Also wanted to remove several fillings that were still good just to replace them with more pleasing-looking white fillings, to the tune of over $2000.00 which I would have had to pay up then wait for who knows how long to have claims submitted for reimbursement?No thanks, would not recommend this practice.
