R. Johnson

My wife and I have been coming to Dr. Henry for years. He is a fine dermatologist who first diagnosed my wife's lupus which had been missed by several other doctors. We have always found him to be caring, compassionate and informative. We both have recommended him to friends without reservation.

A word of praise

My family and I have been coming to Dr. Henry for many years, and could not be happier with the quality of care. He recently diagnosed a serious skin cancer melanoma my husband had on his leg which was taken care of quickly, probably saving his life I recommend Dr. Henry without reservations.

IPL

I went to Arcadia Dermatology to get rid of a sun spot on my face. I was told IPL was the best option. I was very disappointed with the approach and the results. I wasn't really consulted with beforehand and I found the whole thing just very unprofessional. When the photofacial started I smelt a burning hair smell. I asked what the smell was and I was told that the laser might be a bit too hot. The smell made me very nervous and I was really worried my skin was being burnt. It was only when I got home I realised that the laser had actually burned my hair line and I was left with stubble on two sides of my head! There was also no difference in my skin. I looked the exact same. After complaining the next day I was told to give it a week. I have now given it two weeks and there is still no difference. Needless to say I am looking for a refund.
