I went into the branch recently with some questions on my account and was greeted with a smile and very helpful staff. They helped answer my questions very quickly and also helped me get my account set up so I can view my account and pay my bills online. Whenever I go into the branch I am greeted with a cheery hello and the staff always seems willing to help out with whatever questions I have.
