      My husband and I came to you restaurant for Valentine's day on Friday, Feb. 13th. I ordered a flat iron steak and it was terrible. It was so tough with grissel that I could not chew it. I could hardly cut it with a knife. I will not be back to Longhorn when there are so many other steak houses. My husband had the sirloin and it was very tough also.

      First and last visit. Server didn't bring app plates. We had to ask, and when they were brought were dripping wet. Server seemed ticked off that we asked her to get us dry plates. She proceeded to stack the wet plates loudly in my spouses ear. Then our app got cold waiting for them. The air conditioner was so cold that I actually went outside 4 times before our meal came to warm up. The parmesan chicken was not good. It was tough around edges and probably not cooked to temp because by the time we left and got home, we we feeling ill. Complete waste of time and money.

      The service was terrible we were served raw shrimp in a lobster bisque. We told the manager and he did not offer to comp our meal or anything. It took nearly 45 minutes to an hour to get our food and the place was empty. The salads had brown lettuce in them and was not very fresh. I don't plan on going back to this place ever again and would not recommend anyone else going there.
