Poor Service, poor support, no one knows whats going on with various clients, mangers have no clue how to train people, Regardless if its under new ownership or not they are still struggling to have enough help with the group home, caring for each client, and training staff. Every consumer has a different need and desire. Every building should have a safe way for to exit including second floor for the safety of the clients. Managers should be training and communicate with staff. Clients should know they are being cared for. Enough help should be provided. Clients that are unstable should not be making steps. Everything inside a facility should be working and looking nice (curtains on windows (client privacy), flushing toilets and not leak, bathrooms should be nice, rooms should not smell of Urine....Should I continue or just put a ZERO for a star?

I use to work for this company and have a friend who currently does. the staff were trained well and they just had trainings on mental health and crisis intervention. There was an old company named new beginnings, but that was with different ownership with an owner named Judd and a completely different entity. I left on good terms and enjoyed my time there where the clients and services always came first and were a priority.

This business had another name at one time. Which would explain the struggles to the company and the horrible reviews. New Beginnings and Newer beginnings is the same business. Please be careful before wanting to use them. Really check into them. go to manta website and search you will see another name.

Not sure how businesses run now days. They don't train the staff. They go through help left and right. They don't care about the consumer or person. Their group home should be shut down. The state should be checking in on businesses more than they do such as this one. A consumer shouldn't have stay outside of a deck due to a fire because this business has to secondary exit for group home.

Surprised to see a negative review. We have had nothing but great success with this organization. Caring and consistent staff along with great communication-I couldn't ask for better service. Thank you Newer Beginnings for all of your hard work.

Wonderful program full of caring individuals. Staff are knowledgable and prepared. Above my expectations. Would recommend to all.

Horrible service!!!!

The staff is not trained. They are told to read a book. The staff doesn't keep anything confidential to the clients who they are working with. The staff use clients time to their advantages. They will not follow thru with services and may not show up more than half of the time without notice. The staff is not liable nor trustable. The staff will by any means try to pin the issue on the client and lie about situations. Management will not care for your advice nor any problem. The boss thinks his staff never does wrong. Do not count on this company for services. They will not do any good for you and will only give the clients support team/family more headaches and work.
