      Mario Sanchez is a bright shining star for 5th 3rd. On the 22nd, I arrived at 1:03 when Mario was locking the door. Instead of just relocking the bank, Mario said he would personally attend to my deposits. This service driven commitment is what we are looking for in all our staff.
