Great Service. Picked up a nail in a tire, needed to get to Olympia early so I called Cary's. They answered the phone even before officially open, took my truck right away, patched the tire and I was done 40 minutes from the time I called -- good price, too. Thanks guys!

After bad experiences at the big place in town I had followed a friends advice and took it to Cary's. I couldn't find any bolts to attach some wheels to my car, so the guy went next door and bought some. They didn't work either so he ordered me some, which I had tried to do but the heads were all too wide or too long. The bolts came in a couple days later and fit. They charged me next to nothing to switch out my already mounted tire/wheels.

This is the worst place i have ever taken my Car in the 47 years i have lived in Shelton Dan is the owners son and is a very Nasty Person and just wanted to yell and ARGUE. I took my car there to have a belt replaced cause it came off right in front of the place. I told him exactly why it happened and called him 3 times to make sure they checked to make sure the belt wouldnt seize up again. I drove the car no more than 4 miles and the belt seized up and blew smoke and horrible noised came out of the car. When i looked under the hood all the hoses were disconnected besides the belt was ruined. I paid 108 dollars and he handed me 10 dollars back because they had to cut the belt off so it wouldnt damage the car anymore. I told him to keep the 10 dollars cause im sure he needs it. If you treat customers like he did to me and the previous reviewer they eventually have no customers. His big Claim to fame is his Grandpa and he must be rolling in his grave so Ashamed.

We were quoted one price on the phone and in person, but when we went to pick up the rig there was all this additional labor billed that was never discussed. Dan, the owner's son, was the one who quoted us, and when we picked it up it was his Dad, Cary, with the bill. We called to discuss the charges with Dan the next day only to have him verbally flip out, change the amounts he originally told us, start skirting the issue by claiming he'd "done a bunch of work for free" on it, and essentially just talked in circles until it was pointless to continue. We were warned not to go here & told they were "scammers" and now wish we had listened. I would not recommend anyone do business here.

I took a atv tire and new tube to Carys to be installed,the team did it with no charge. What a great shop.

I have gotten tires for both of my vehicles with this company, as well, as tune-ups on my cars and if there was something they couldn't repair, they had great recommendations to shops they trust. I will always handle my vehicle business with them first, before i take it eslwhere. They are very honest and straight forward with their customers. Great job guys! :o)

I went in to Cary's Tites for work on my car's muffler. I had been having a horrible day with a death in the family and also our beloved dog had gone missing too. The guy working the front counter was extremly sympatheic and even hugged me and then proceeded to come up with a very fair quote on how much the job would cost and so I had them do the work which went really well. I will highly reccommend this place and will always do my car business (mufflers/tires) with this great company....
