after reading your report, i am pretty sure this "Mike Landry" guy isnt who he says he is, as in the last name is false.

Mike Landry of Mikes small engine & auto repair is a dishonest low life. He cheats & tries to take advantage of disabled veterans. He will work on your car WITHOUT giving you an estimate or getting your approval first (which is against the law) then he will demand money for it before he'll give you back your car. If you refuse, he then "rips his parts out" of your car and then STILL DEMANDS MONEY! He overcharges, lies to you about thing's like "I won't charge you for this or that cuz I wanna help you out", he tried to extort xtra funds from a local church/charitiy, telling them the bill was $100+ MORE than what he quoted...he will threaten people on the phone, then hang up on you & then sends you text messages & even when you state your going to just take your car, he hides/steals your car & locks his shop down so you/towtruck driver cant get it. My fiancé receives life saving medical treatments every other day in Portland & having our car is the only way that is possible. Public transportation isn't an option. We have a shop that is ready to fix our car (for half of what mike charges) & can do the work & have our car back to us within a day. But mike is hiding our car from us until we bring him money, even though he hasn't fixed anything. My fiancé has missed 8 treatments because of this man & now his health/life is in grave danger. He's been reported to 8 agencies so far & channel 2 news is possibly interested in doing a 2 on your side investigation. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN & TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO SOMEONE WITH MORALS!
