The doctor was very nice and friendly, which was very important since it was for my 13 year daughter. He spoke with her and made her feel comfortable, and I am very pleased with how her problem was handled. My only complaint is how it was hard to get appointments later in the day. But we never had to wait more than five minutes past her appointment time.
