The owners are Nicholas Vollaro and his wife Annmarie Ferre Rodriguez Vollaro. They were able to use information they obtain from customers to commit identity theft, check forgery, and credit card fruad. Annmarie has a long criminal record and has mastered her craft over the years and can even fool the experts. She has been arrest a couple of times.
