Excellent doctors. Caring and attentive to patient input. Not overly hasty to prescribe popular , expensive medication without suggesting practical alternatives. Nurses and other support staff are friendly, competent and efficient. We've been with these doctors over 20 years. I trust them.

This has to be the worst medical practice that I have ever had the great displeasure of visiting. Rude staff, not bothering to call me back when leaving messages, not calling in prescriptions, and then my last issue takes the cake...

My monthly prescription runs out and I call in to get a refill. When they finally do call it in (2 calls and 2 days later) it is for only 10 pills. I call them back to find out why and they tell me my doctor has taken a leave of absence. I tell them that's fine, I understand that things happen so I can see someone else so they make sure everything is ok. They not-so-politely tell my that the other doctors are covering for my doctor so they can't see me, I'll just have to deal with getting a prescription every 10 days. Already being not super excited about my current doctor I tell them that I don't need to stay as his patient, I am more than willing to switch permanently. She says that they have to make sure it will be ok with the new doctor (understandable) and my current doctor...who is taking a leave of absence with them having no idea of his return date. So now I am in some medical limbo where I can't get anything done. I did speak to someone at the Clinic today who said they would give the doctor my message that I am out of my prescription, and as you may guess, no call, no refill. Guess I'll try again tomorrow.
