Motor Coach = Major Cash... I called in advance to schedule an appointment to have my brake rotors and pads replaced. I bought all of the OEM Parts for the job from an Acura dealer in advance and had them in my car ready to install. I left my car overnight at Precision Motor Coach to work on it the next day. Precision Motor Coach called and wanted to charge me $1500, plus tax, for the Labor to install my Brake Rotors and Pads (And I supplied all of the OEM Parts!).



My Acura Dealer charged me $1500 for the same job 3 years earlier and that INCLUDED the Parts and Labor.



They probably thought since they already held my car hostage, I would pay it. Instead, I took my car to Leitao's Car Wash & Garage in East Hartford CT. Leitao's Garage in East Hartford charged me $250 for the same job and did an Exceptional installation in Minimal time (Within 3 hours). Save your time and money and go somewhere else.



Precision Motor Coach must use Gold plated tools and parts to do the same job as everyone else, because they are 10 times the cost of any other Automotive shop in the area. An Auto Dealership would have been cheaper. MAJOR RIP OFF !!!

They have always taken care of the trouble the first time and the price has always been in line if you every have trouble with a part that they did and it goes bad for any reason they is never any questions it just gets done at no charge

Good price for oil changes, but they actually are more expensive than my dealer on most other work and seriously overinflated parts prices. I just don’t see a reason to bring my car here again.
