Make sure you don't leave anything you don't want stolen in your car. I have been going there for years with decent service, not good at troubleshooting. I'll go someplace my things don't disappear.

These guys are top of the line! The customer service is amazing. I have taken my vehicle 3 or 4 times now and haven't received anything but the best treatment from mechanics. I thought there was a recall problem with my vehicle and knowing I could get the issue fixed for free at the dealer I took it to Jenkins instead. I walked in and they called me by name and asked how my infant son was. There is no other personable shop around! They are the best and really care about their clients!!!

I shopped around for the best deal on tires in Staunton and Jenkins told me they would do two new tires for $150. One employee was talking loudly about how women are so stupid about cars they should all have AAA, while three women were waiting in line at the counter. That should have been my cue. While I was waiting on my tires, the guy came out and told me that my one back tire was bad also. I knew that wasn't the case, because I had just had them all checked and the back tires were fine. So I checked them myself, the back tire was indeed horrible. We concluded that they had moved one of my front bad tires to the back in order to sell me another pair of tires. Women, avoid Jenkins like the plague. They're not just chauvinist jerks, they're looking to rip you off!
