Had a new set of tires put on here, the first since the car was brand new (although one had been changed due to a flat before). Am very happy with the tires, however, NTB scratched up the edge of my rims, through the powdercoating right to the alloys. Took the car back today and the manager claims there is no possible way to replace tires without scratching the rims and it's the tire, rather than the machine, that did it. When asked if they had used lube he said yes, and pointed to an empty tub of lube.Left feeling rather depressed after handing over $500 for new tires and installation and getting back ruined rims and no good explanation.
