Horizon retail Construction is a Great Company, I was always paid on time for the work. I would recommend them to anyone.

This is the worst company I have done work for. I completed the agreed work as outlined in the signed contract and submitted the invoice for payment. It has now been over 90 days & I am still fighting to get paid! They keep telling me I will receive the check next week only it never comes.

Trying to get payment from Horizon Retail Construction is horrible. They will not release the money when you ask why they give you reason after reason. We have turned everything in they have asked for, still no money! We've been waiting on payment for over 4 months now.

I have worked with HRC for over 10 years. They have always operated with the upmost integrity. Athough they are a nationwide contractor, they have been the best "local GC" that I have worked with.

I am a contractor who has worked with Horizon for many years. I have never had a problem getting paid. They are a stand up company who is not a fly by night operation. They are reliable and pay on time. As long as you have paperwork turned in they take care of you. Office staff always helpfu. I'll take all I can get from them. They care about doing a good job and will expect you to be fair with them as well.

I am a contractor I submitted a bid to Horizon Retail Construction they accepted the bid when it was time to pay the agreed amount to do the bid Horizon Retail Construction would not pay this is after I had started the work. Then Horizon Retail Construction hired a new contractor to do my work. I was told that Horizon Retail Construction can void there contracts at time. Contractors beware of Horizon Retail Construction.
