Provided by YP.comThey lied to me about my lenses being discontinued. Prescribed me other brand that was 40 per box more expensive. After I wore them for the week required and went for the follow up and get the prescription to be able to order my contacts I realized that I could still order my old brand and also the hefty prize difference in the brands. I informed them I wanted my old brand and they would not change it and said they didn't prescribe that brand, that it isn't that good. I have worn those contacts for 17 years and never had a problem and the new brand was already feeling dry on one eye after that week of wear. Just would have appreciated if they were honest from the beginning and said theyes didn't prescribed those lenses I would have gone elsewhere. No I either pay more everything I ordered my contacts or pay another 125 for an eye exam elsewhere. Please don't reward them with your business, not good to lie to the customer
They lied about my contacts being discontinued and prescribed me ones that were 40 per box more expensive. When I realized that my brand was yet to be discontinued and that I could still order them they refused to change my prescription. I explained that I've worn the same brand for 20 years and never had a problem with them and they simply said that in that office they didn't prescribed that brand...which if I knew from the beginning insteadOf the lies that that was the case I would have not done my eye exam there. So now I am stuck with either ordering contacts and pay 80 more per single order or pay for another example elsewhere. Just a shame that they feel this is acceptable business practice.
