After spilling an entire plate of hot spaghetti right in the middle of my new dining room I wasn't really sure who to call. I had used some other companies before but I was never really that impressed. I called steam master and they had a technician come out the very same day. The technician made all the difference. He was very thourough and took his time the way I would have done it. I feel very fortunate that I received such high quality for such a little pay. I just received word that on 8/30/10 Eric Chappell (the owner of Steam Master who was growing the weed in the Steam Master shop) fired the three best employees he had ever had (Joe, John and Rick). What an IDIOT.....Eric are you going under buddy? I hope so, because that would be the only acceptable reason for this action. Unlike you, these guys worked hard for their money (and yours) so they could take care of their families. Since you are the only one left working at Steam Master, I know we will have to find another company to use. Oh never mind you aren't the only one working their, the same birdy told me you hired Mike back who was caught dealing crack out or your company van. WOW, what a loser!!!! Joe, John, and Rick, I wish you guys the best, you are like family to me. Make sure to come and visit me.

I just want everyone to know that everybody that uses Steam Master, that about 9 months ago the owner was busted for growing MARIJUANA in the building and went to jail for it, he is now out on probation. This was swept under the rug. Now is the someone you want to use to clean your carpet? A Possible drug dealer? Drug grower? Do you want the owner in your home around your kids? Think about it next time you have him clean your carpet.

Steam Master answered my call and were extremely confident in their abilities to handle my crisis, my house was underwater a washing machine line ruptured while I was at work and before I could even turn the water off they were knocking at my door. They were right they handled my problem easily and my house looks better than before, it was pretty painless, Thanks you guys especially Eric he was very professional.

I would like to comment on the people that work for Service master that live in Sedgefield.I witnessed them hitting their dog as they walked him down bucklake road.I watched and saw where they live. I hope they will learn that treating and animal with cruel punishment will not serve any purpose but to destroy the goodness of the animal. I hope they will sign up for a dog obedience class and learn the proper way to train a loved member of their family.
