Over the years, they've focused their growing business on the art of processing wild game. Today, it's a federally-inspected wild game processing facility with many national and international awards to its credit including the prestigious international silver medal in the World's Trade Meat Fair in Frankfort, Germany.. Lee's Meats and Sausages is known across the U.S. by wild game hunters who appreciate fine meats. Lee Hofer has 50 years experience handling wild game and his time-honored tradition of hand carving every piece of meat brings out the delicate flavors and texture of good wild game. Lee's international award winning recipes are used in processing all of his low-fat, low sodium sausages. As a federally-inspected facility, Lee's Meats and Sausages ships wild game products anywhere in the United States.
