As a Traditional Doctor of Naturopathy and Health Wellness Coach specializing in Women’s Health. I am trained to provide you with general health care and healthy living. I also promote a holistic lifestyle, and the advice on basic rules for healthy eating habits, nutrition monitoring, and stress management as it concerns women. I educate women to be responsible for their own health and inform them about natural health practices and alternative remedies to encourage a natural healing process without the use of chemicals or drugs. My role is to educate and demonstrate to women that under normal natural conditions the body is a self-sustaining organism. My approach is to turn on your body’s natural healing ability,not by adding something to the system, but by looking for the underlining disturbances or disruptions and make whatever interventions and lifestyle adjustments that are needed for normal functions. When the body is working properly,it tends to heal effectively,no matter what the condition. If they could, most individual would rather be healthy and avoid illness.
