I had my fence put in 3 years ago. I have had them out every year to fix problems on the fence. They have the worst products and the workmanship is awful. I had to call them back the year that they put in my fence because of alignment issues and fence pieces buckling within a couple weeks. I wouldn't waste your time with them. Recently I had to have them come out to fix numerous issues on my fence and I had to call them 5 different times. After they finally came out to repair my fence, I had the same issues 1 week later and I can't get them to come back out to make it right. I will definitely use someone else next time.

I would give 0 stars if possible. They took almost two months to actually get our wooden fence up. The employee told me he was hungover. After a storm, a section of the fence was blown open like a gate because they did not put the nails in right or in the right spot. Now they will not come to fix THEIR mistake unless we pay them. I will be letting everyone I talk to know about their work.

Very very slow to actually come out and complete the job. It's been almost a month and they haven't started, and they initially told me it would be 2 to 3 weeks. Based on price this was a great choice, but if you need the job done anytime soon might want to look at another contractor.

I bought my fence from Double bee because they had a superior warranty. Unfortunately, they have not honored the warranty. Each time I call them when the fence fails, they do not show up when they say the will and then when they finally show up (after many many phone calls from me) they try to tell me that I damaged the fence when it is obviously rot. They sold me a 25 year warranty against rot but used materials that are rotting well under the 25 year mark. This is not a good company to do business with. They basically take your money and run.

The motto of Double Bee is we guarantee excellence and satisfaction. However, this is not something they do. I would never suggest using this company. After several quotes this is the company that we picked to go with because they are well know in the Terre Haute area. It was not the cheapest nor was it most expensive. After having the fence built I went in and said there was one board we are not happy with and she insured us they would be there to fix it. It has now been 6 months and nothing has been done. Every time I call she tells me that I'm on the repair list(becasue they have other fences to build) and got very upset with me for calling every couple weeks. At this point I am very upset with the company and would tell everyone to not use this company because they do not care about the customer after they get their money.
