Kyle ha hooked me up two times with fixing my nose pads and tightening my loose glasses. He has been super pleasant, kind and very helpful! I am so grateful for his smile in a world that is often not great at customer service-he is a pleasure to deal with!

I thought I would give them a try and it was a huge mistake. They have young kids with apparently no knowledge or experience acting as opticians. I had to go back the next day because he did my measurements wrong. I had to have a second eye exam because the optometrist failed to save my info. Two pairs with their "free" exam came to over $600. One pair came the same week, the other took a month. When I to pick them up they were very difficult to adjust to. I told the optometrist my complaint and his response was "you'll just have to get used to them" even though during the initial exam, I was told that my prescription had hardly changed. Needless to say, I went back to my old glasses until I could afford new. Never again!
