My husband and myself have been members since 2017. We are in our 70s, and attempt to go 3x a week. We usually do not find it crowded, and I guess I'd have to say we don't feel out of place, either,, as there is a good number of seniors who attend, although they are not the only ones. I have never availed myself of the trainer since joining, and think I probably ought to again just to make sure i am doing the best that I can by the machines. But the staff are always helpful, friendly, and available. A very good investment for yourself if you cannot or don't want your own fitness gym at home. The only thing I would like to see is a pilates machine.
