Excellent mechanical work. DO NOT even consider this place unless you have cash in hand! They offer "financing" through something called Koalifi. DO NOT FALL FOR IT!!! The so-called "financing" will automatically steal more money from your bank account than was agreed upon TWICE A MONTH. (you could buy a new truck or nice car for the $800 a month they steal) A2Z will act surprised by the amount and tell you to call koalifi to say you decided against getting the work done, and that they will "work with you to make other payment arrangements". This means they will not even attempt to help. I tried to get a loan to pay a2z from my work's credit union...a2z would never tell them (or me) what the amount owed was, so I couldn't get the loan. I just had to refinance my home loan to be able to pay a2z. The scam became apparent today. A2z will jerk you around for 90 days, and then DOUBLE the amount owed. They do good work...but are sh*tbums on the business side. Push your vehicle to a dealership before stopping at this place. I wonder how many other people, who were in a pinch, tried in good faith to deal with a2z (or koalifi) and got phuck'd like I did? I wouldn't shed a tear, nor lose any sleep if this bunch of thieves had to close their doors forever. If you are an honest, hard-working person, stay away from this place and their dishonest practices! Maybe the excellent mechanic will quit and go to work at a place that doesn't sh*t on their customers like this

***UPDATE: Randy contacted my parents to express concern over the incident (of which he was unaware since he had been out of town) and clearly wanted to make it right. It is apparent he still wishes to maintain the stellar business we originally knew and loved. Here's hoping his employees take a little more time and care with their customers.***

I don't know what has happened in the five years since I originally posted this review, but A2Z has changed for the worse. Our entire family used to take our cars almost exclusively to his shop (even after I moved to St. Louis), but after yesterday's run-in with Joe and Tina, we will find a new shop.

My parents' car was kept for 5 days waiting for a part that was backordered. Not a problem, except they were never called with an update after dropping it off, when parents called to check they were told it would most likely be ready Thursday. Thursday rolls around with still no call by 3pm, so my mom calls to check, is told the part hasn't come in. She asks for the part number so she can try to find it and is rudely told that if Joe can't find it, she certainly can't. Cut to 10 minutes later when she called back to say she had found the part IN WASHINGTON and was driving it over to them.

Once at the shop, she caught attitude from everyone involved, they tried charging her for an oil change that was supposed to be free, no one could find the original $335 estimate that included the part, gave her a new one that did not include the part and it was more than the original! It's like they're making these numbers up as they go.

On her way out, Tina took it upon herself to tell my mother to never come back. We've been coming to A2Z for the last 7 years, but they just lost 3 customers in one day. Ridiculous run around.

Randy's the best! You can tell he really cares about cars and his customers. I never felt like I was being talked down to or pressured to spend more than what my car needed. Seriously, these guys are wonderful! They even gave me a ride back to my house when I was stranded at the shop. I will always go to A 2 Z.

My car has seen better days, but no matter the issues that crop up with an older car, Randy and everyone here has been extremely kind and attentive. They help me figure out what's going on and work hard to get her back on the road. I never feel like a stranger at A2Z, though maybe that has more to do with having so much repaired in the last two years; either way, they treat their customers like a priority and it shows.

We recently had work done at their business and would highly recommend them! They had provided us with an estimate and even fixed a few small problems that they found without further charge. They are very professional and we will definitely do business with them again!!! Thank you for Great Service!!!

Best people in the world. Really helped us in a time of need when no one else would. Would definitely recommend when in need.

Highly recommended. Trust this place 100% and I am very picky about where I take my car. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

I've had windshields replaced there and the prices are great. Oil changes and such are always a breeze. Never a problem with these guys. Professional, clean and efficient.

I've taken my car here twice. Both times the service was great, Randy, Tory and Sandy were very helpful. They informed me of what needed to be done. No hard sell, just the facts. Prices were reasonable. Work and service were superior. They brought me home after I left my car and then delivered my car to my doorstep! Fast, efficient and courteous. Can't get any better than that.

Went in to have my inspection done, the people were friendly and the service was excellent! I was in and out in a flash! I will definately be a return customer.

we went in today and need to find out what was wrong with our car and he didnt charge one penny. we didnt have the money to get it fixed so we ask if we could make arrangements to get it paid.... and he said yes he could work withus which was a big help for us being strapped for cash and two newly weds and full time college students we need our car to get back in forth to school.... he was very helpful,sincere and nice to talk too he deserves a raise but on top of that he deserves a award because he was outstanding and very friendly but also very honest. I recommend this shop to anyone who has a problem with their car..
