Love this groomer! Raeanne is the best. She really loves the dogs and they love her too! My Chi/Terrier mix always looks and smells so wonderful when I pick her up and my short haired Chi loves his groomer. My little old Maltese always looks great after her groom!

I will never bring my dogs there again they didn't even look like they had a bath , their nails were not trimmed and my little girl need to be shaved she is 15 and they shaved her so close to her skin she was all but scalped … I think they were nice to the dogs but they gossip horribly about the owners of the dogs> YES their very own customers that pay good money to have their dogs groomed thats the point of going to the groomer … I can only imagine what they said about me because my girl did need to be shaved , my male he didn't even look like he was groomed out side of the choppy job they did to his once all one length beautiful coat he came back looking worse than when he went in , these people are a night mare ..

I have been taken my Standard Collie since they have opened. He always comes home looking very neatly groomed. He is never nervous going there and he loves the staff. I cannot say the same for other area groomers he has been to. I highly recommend Woof to other animal owners

I love WOOF LUXURY UNLEASHED..........Raeanne is the best.....she gets my Chihuahuas clean and she is a master at trimming their nails.........if you are looking for a groomer for your pet, check out this place. You will be very pleased.

The first grooming was wonderful. I was very pleased. The grooming after that was horrible. It was by far the worst grooming my dogs have ever had. They are cut all uneven and one of them was nicked inside his ear which bled and his underside of his neck is so short that it is raw. No one mentioned any of this to me when I picked them up. I dropped them off at noon, by 4 pm they still hadn't been groomed so this was obviously a rushed job at the end of the day.They don't even smell fresh and clean either. They charge $100 for 2 dogs with is $40 more than Pet Haven who at least does a decent job every time. I left a message so we will see how they respond but if they don't refund and promise to do better next time, I will be taking my dogs back to Pet Haven.I was willing to pay more for a more closely located groomer and what I thought would be a better cut but in this case it seems that you do not get what you pay for at Woof Luxury Unleashed.

WANT YOUR DOG GROOMED? GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! WE TOOK OUR DOG HERE FOR A SUMMER HAIRCUT. THESE PEOPLE CUT TOO CLOSE UNDER HER CHIN AND OTHER AREAS ON HER BODY CAUSING HER TO BLEED. OUR DOG WAS TRAMATIZED FOR A COUPLE AFTER THAT. WE HAVE NO PLANS TO RETURN.

Fantastic! I brought all 3 of my cats in ( Thursdays are cats only day) and when I returned they were sparkling clean. It was a stress free enviornment for them and Woof Luxury did the best grooming job my cats have ever had!
