BRAVO to Jimmy, Glenn and everyone affiliated with Beach Radiator. I brought my son's 2000 Dodge Durango in because it was overheating. Jimmy explained the diagnostic service they provide and he and Glenn talked with me several times over the phone about everything they found and their recommendations, etc. They were professional, courteous, glad to answer questions and address all my concerns. I can't say enough about the great service and treatment I received from them. I will definitely use their services again and recommend them to all my friends. This was my first visit to the Virginia Beach area. I drove down from Michigan. I was driving down Vir. Bch. Blvd. and suddenly noticed my truck overheating. I immediately pulled into a gas station and purchased coolant. I filled the radiator and noticed a leak. The following morning I called Beach Radiator and told them my problem. They said come right on over. Within a few minutes they were able to begin looking at the trouble. Being from out of town, they put me to the front of the line. It turned out to be a hole in the radiator. They gave me 2 options. One fix would get me back home and the other would be a complete repair. I chose the complete repair. Since it would take a few hours they offered to drop my wife and myself off at a local mall and pick us up later. They picked us up and our truck was finished and as good as new.
