      This place has a great selection. I've shopped at Trader Joes and Fresh Market but I found this place has a nice little selections of odds and ends.

      A local favorite that's served the area's holistic health for 40 years. Knowledgeable customer service reps - they help with the huge selection, research nutritional approaches to health goals. Great organic produce, locally grown too. Big gluten-free section. Bulk food and herbs. Cafe has good homemade food plus antioxidant smoothies free of added sugar, organic juice bar with wheat grass, carrot juice, etc.

      A local favorite of mine, relaxing yet invigorating atmosphere that uplifts the body, mind, and soul

      Top notch organic foods, vitamins, holistics, gifts & books. Tasty food prepared in cafe to eat in or take out (and yes, it's good for you, too!).

      The Heritage Store has been providing health and beauty care products for more than 35 years. It is located in a more than 20,000-square-foot facility in Virginia Beach, Va. The store offers a selection of organic produce, natural groceries, supplements, vitamins, homeopathic remedies and body care items. Its book and gift division provides metaphysical titles, gifts, candles, crystals and jewelry. The Heritage Store also provides a range of salads, sandwiches, entrees and organic juices. Its second floor features artwork and therapeutic massages. The store also offers classes in yoga and tai chi. It additionally maintains a laboratory to manufacture an exclusive line of natural, therapeutic products, as well as provides vegetable waste oil to fuel multiple local vehicles. The Heritage Store s caf is qualified as a Virginia Green Restaurant.
