I ordered a replacement laser for ps2 slim after following Richs troubleshooting guide. This didn't fix the problem. no response to emails and their phone wouldn't accept messages. After a paypal dispute I was contacted. I returned the part and sent my ps2 to them for repair. After 3 weeks, I emailed to inquire as to the status of said ps2. 3 days later they responded and said they would look at it that day. Waited another week then contacted them again and was told they had repaired the unit but were awaiting payment. That same day they submitted the payment request. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. Terrible customer service, no communication, excuses, delays, and an overall horrible experience.

this place is a total rip off my 13 year old son sent his psp to be repaired along with a 70.00 money order its been 3 weeks now you cannot contact this business nor will they answear e mail

I ordered a replacement part from richspsxparts.com for my sons ps2 and before placing my order i emailed their site to make sure the part would be compatible with my sons ps2 as i live in the UK. I received quick response to these emails and was told the part would definately be compatible and also i would be guaranteed delivery of my item within 12-14 days. After putting through my order i received no word at all and after 2 months of emailing this company to ask what was happening with my order they did not respond. They took my payment within 2 days but refused to answer any of my email enquiries. Finally i was so angry i emailed to cancel my order for a full refund. I have sent about 8 emails altogether and now my bank is treating this as a fraudelent matter. There is a website of people with the same complaints as me so i would advise anyone to look at it before ordering from them, you'll find it under resellerratings.com.
