Provided by YP.comBrought in a small fridge for repair. They charge $69 to bring it in. Supposedly to troubleshoot. I knew it needed a new compressor. They said it seemed to work when they plug it in. Told them it doesnt cool. oh. After a few days having it on, they came to the conclusion it doesnt cool and needs a new compressior but did not pop the back off to look at it. Just said they cant fix it. These guys are idiots.

Provided by YP.comMy dryer quit working. I had not purchased it at Frank's but they have done our repair work for years so I called. The technician was dispatched quickly; arrived when promised; fixed it in one trip, and; made a follow-up phone call about 30 days later to make sure everything was still OK. Try getting that from the big-box stores!

Provided by YP.comTheir sales people know their stuff! I went to the big box stores and asked different questions about the appliances I bought and they had no clue to the answers. Frank's knew the answers plus more! Very friendly! When they installed my appliances I was impressed with their delivery guys when they began to clean the appliances they just installed. The best part about everything was that their prices were cheaper than the box stores.:) Who says family businesses can't compete. I highly recommend them.
