I feel my father did not receive good care at all......Under staffed and uncaring nursing home may my father rest in peace

My grandmother Elizabeth "Betty Boop" Bergin recently passed away on October 24, 2008 while in the care of Crestwood Nursing Home. She moved there from a place she had been at for over 11yrs. (I won't be writing a review on OVM!!!) The staff that I met the week of her passing were great, including my grandmothers social worker who made it a point to rush down a flight of stairs the morning of my grandmothers death to embrace my Mother on one of the saddest days in her life, which showed what compasion the employess truely have, it is something I will always remember. My grandmother was not at Crestwood very long, but she was happy there and that puts the family at peace knowing she passed away being cared for by people that actually care!!Thank you to all of the nurses and employees who cared for my grandmother!!I would recommend to anyone what a great home this truely is for your family member!!Betty's grandaughter Kimmie.
