I just wanted to tell all how simply wonderful this place is. I just lost my best friend of seventeen years, my cat Felix. I took my Felix to faithful Friends to be cremated. These people were caring and warm hearted. I was expecting to simply get my Felix's ashes returned. They go way beyond that. They actually give you back a few pieces of your pets fur for keepsake purposes. What blew me away is they give you a packet of your animal's DNA. If you choose you can have your pets paw print somehow (engraved?) onto an pennant. These people went way beyond to what was expected.

Wonderful to work with Very caring and sensitive to the entire familys grief over losing our Golden Retriever who was part of our family for 12 years I want to thank everyone who made this difficult time. They even took paw and nose prints which we were able to turn into keepsakes so that our beloved friend will always be with us. We also got a lovely urn where we could place his picture with a Lock of his hair that they also took. Absolutely wonderful, 5 stars for the entire experience.
