Friendly Hair designers, Modern and clean salon. I had my hair colored on several occasions and it always burned my scalp to the point that I would have scabs. And they would always send me out the door with hair color still in my hair which would end up ruining my towels at home for days afterwards. The reason I put up with this torture is that I loved the end result. The color of my hair was absolutely beautiful after my wounds recovered. After giving them several attempts to figure out how not to burn my scalp I decided beauty was not worth the health of my scalp. Granted, I may have been having an allergic reaction to something in the process. As far as the hair cuts, they were never spectacular, maybe average. The just of my several experiences is the salon is overpriced for the results. Not a high end experience that your lead to believe that you will receive.

I am African American with oily skin and went to Vanessa for a facial and then Brittany cut and styled my hair, she is also African American, which was a plus for me. I was more than pleased with both of them. I rebooked my next appointments and I am referring my friends to them.

What a great addition to greater Lafayette! THe place is beautiful and above all the staff is so outgoing and friendly! I went there for a pedicure and manicure and left with a relaxed feeling, perfectly polished nails, and a new do!!! Not to mention a make-up touch-up. Finally, a "Big City" Salon and Spa comes to West Lafayette! Amber has done my cut and color twice and she is amazing. The owner is very friendly and passes out coupons to clients, so I tried a massage and facial and loved both of them. The facial products are wonderful and now I am hooked. I am going to make it easy on my family and tell them "all I want for Christmas" are Element gift certificates. I have told the women I work with at the hospital about this salon and two of them are now clients of Ambers and love her. Janelle

Wow! I highly recommend this salon to everyone. I went there with jacked up hair color I got from another salon and Heather not only fixed it, she gave me the best hair cut I have ever had. The customer service was amazing. I got a free paraffin dip and makeup. Everyone was down to earth and very friendly. I didn't get any spa service, but whole place was beautiful. I will be going back to experience the spa. I was impressed that they recycle and have vegan products. Sandy H.
