After 2+ months and a lot of controversy my vehicle was returned operable. I agreed to remove my original review once my vehicle was returned in good working order, so read between the lines // BAD LEADERSHIP AT THIS DEALERSHIP//. Thumbs up to the mechanic for doing an outstanding job once the clearance was given to use "Quality GM Parts" great job "Thanks Bobby."

Service manage was rude and hateful. Very difficult to schedule appointment with and will fight you tooth and nail on any warranty work. My advice is to go to Willow Springs or Springfield, much better service departments who won't treat you like scum.

After years of giving Brad Guffy motors my buisness I am done. Service manager is rude and hateful. Being a loyal customer means nothing to them. They don't care if they give bad service they will just take your money and not care. Go to Willow Springs its worth the drive. They treat you like royalty.

I had the best experience ever buying a truck from Brad Guffey motors I highly recommend this place if you're looking for GM vehicle. I have bought vehicles in the past from Brad Guffey motors and service on them has been spectacular.

Literally the worst Car repair experience I have ever had. The Service Manager is ridiculously difficult to deal with. I had to take my Chevy there for a repair that was covered under my warranty and they told me that I didn't have car rental. Which I did. Showed them proof and they refused to give it to me anyway. Told me it was OK to drive my vehicle with a blown head gasket. I finally called GM and filed a complaint and they did make the dealer issue me rental and keep the car until it was repaired. Best bet with this place, call GM before you even schedule an appointment. LOL... Oh and my car was returned with a few new dents and scrapes but, of course, "nobody knew what happened".
