I have used this repair shop for my riding mower for a few years. They seem to be pretty disorganized. They sometimes don't show up when scheduled to pick up my mower. I have to call frequently to check on the progress, and they still seem to have trouble remembering my mower. One time they gave my mower keys to someone else, who thankfully returned them. But they are friendly and they seem to do good, reasonably-priced work. I just suggest staying on top of them.

My parents have an edger being worked on. It has been there sense June of 2014. They checked on it three times and were given no idea when it would be complete. My father has since passed away and I am now involved. 8 WEEKS AND SIX PHONE CALLS. Excuses, excuses, excuses. It is still not finished and I really do not believe it ever will be. It is now April of 2015. TEN MONTHS AND STILL NOT FINISHED.

This company has had my parent's edger since June of 2014. It is now April of 2015. My father has since passed away and I am trying to get this resolved for my mother. I have called six times in the last eight weeks Excuse after excuse after excuse. I may never get it back from them.

This so called "company" has had my Craftsman weed whacker for almost 6 weeks now, and it's STILL NOT FIXED. Excuse after excuse is what I get when I call to see if it's ready. Now they want to charge me almost $50. - and it still doesn't run. Never do business with this company. Absolutely horrible. I would rate this "company" with a teeny bit of yellow in one corner of the star...
